"The hotel was very nice and the lobby amenities were very good. Very nice bar and restaurant. Check in was a disaster. We reserved our room way in advance and when we checked in we discovered that they were placing us in a Residence Inn that was next door. The agent at the desk conveniently did not notice the details of our reservation. Only when we pushed back did we get a manager involved. We made our reservation on August 5, 2025 and we received many follow up e mails right up to our arrival....

"perfect place to stay in amsterdam if you want to be in the Jordaan area. Walk to central station, walk to museums like Van Gogh and the modern art museum. room was super comfrotable and didn't feel cramped at all. beautiful and interesting artwork everywhere, lovely courtyard for sitting, eating, drinking, perfect for families. Staff was very lovely and helpful when asked. cleanliness was top marks. We really enjoyed our family stay and would come again."

"This property was designed with intense consideration of natural elements and very ecologically planned. With that said, the room presents what could be an awkward shower placement, poor cooling for rooms and just not best consideration of the customer. Neat but not always practical for the customer"

"I had a very pleasant stay in Amsterdam. The location was excellent, close to a tram line, making it easy to get around the city, while still being far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little on the small side and felt more like a 3-star standard rather than a higher-rated property. "on the second day of my stay when I got back in the evening, I found the room not done and dirty. Asked them, the staff member told me that housekeeping happens every third day of the stay and is done on demand for a charge. To which I pointed out the expedia note on the daily housekeeping. BS at best."
