"We stayed 1 night with our 2 granddaughters (13. & 15). Our check-in was fast & easy. We were offered cookies, lemon water & iced coffee. The staff was very welcoming. Our room was clean & welcoming. We had 2queen beds, a sofa bed, easy chair, small table with 2 chairs. We were within walking distance to several restaurants & there was miniature golf right outside the hotel. The breakfast was great-lots of choices & very clean."

"Never stayed here before, we were a bit skeptical because of the age of the motel. We were very pleased! The room had so many extra convinces and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The spa tub in room, microwave, refrigerator all a bonus. It is an older motel but the owners are improving the rooms all the time."

"My wife and I were in town for only one night after kayaking the day away. I found this place for what I considered a very reasonable price. The staff were all very nice and efficient. "This property is SO CHILD FRIENDLY! From the moment you check in, they offer complimentary juice and cookies. "We had a lovely vacation at the Residence Inn! We go to North Conway every summer, and this was our first time staying here. It won't be the last!
