"Expensive parking Inconsiderate patrons in room above clattering about at 03:00hrs in the morning. Breakfast, barely adequate."

"The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay."

"This was one of the prettiest places we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and personalised, wonderfully renovated pub and hotel rooms. Staff were really friendly and great pub to enjoy a drink or eat in. Comfortable, quiet and extremely relaxing with added bonus of bath and sash windows which opened to look out at the front of the property. PERFECT!!"

"Check in area was deafening with what seemed like 2 conferences being checked in in the foyer area. Parking away from check in and needing to walk there is odd and not well described. The room stank. Of vomit in the bedroom and some other vile smell in the bathroom. The sofa bed was astonishingly uncomfortable and very loud if you moved. Breakfast was mediocre."

"The property was on a quiet street but near a main road with restaurants, a Tesco and a Boots nearby. Our room was renovated with a beautiful bathroom with monogrammed towels and bedding. The doors were activated by a key code given at check-in. Staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful three night stay."

"I booked this hotel for a birthday stay in Windsor and it was perfect. The location of the hotel means everything you’ll want to see is within easy walking distance. The hotel was easy to reach via car and had plenty of parking spaces; parking is charged. The staff at the hotel were also lovely. Overall if you’re considering booking this hotel for a stay in Windsor I’d give it a 5 out of 5."

"Location is what makes this hotel stand out, being right outside the castle. Rooms are definitely older style, not updated much, but comfortable enough."

"We stayed as part of a wedding party and were in the Hepburn suite. It's a beautiful wedding venue and a lovely place to stay over. Really lovely room, clean and very well presented. A lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were all very friendly and attentive."

"The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. The toilet paper was very cheap quality which surprised me. Shower was fabulous and a good size. Tv was great quality and massive too. I hand the breakfast which was …’ok’ not bad but again quality was not great. Hash browns were not great at all a lacked flavour, texture and were like overcooked deep fried triangles of mash...
