"Starting with the good— the person checking us in was kind and helpful. Breakfast is quite good as it usually is for Hyatt Place. Pool was pretty good. The not good—AC unit was incredibly noisy. We didn’t have hot water for showers one night. Lots of airplane noise at night from PHX Sky Harbor. When we checked out and was asked “how was your stay” I said “fair” and the person didn’t seem all that interested in what wasn’t good or seeing if anything could be improved."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast daily with hot and cold options. Water and coffee available 24/7. Happy hour daily with wine beer and soft drinks and light snacks offered. Gym is small but you can use the Gainey athletic club which is a 10 minute walk for free. Shops walkable and Sprouts is like a Fresh Tyme or small Whole Foods so can grab any extras you might need. Poma pizza is awesome. Pool area is very nice as well."

"Absolutely stunning resort. Everything was always clean and presentable. Rooms were modern and super clean. Multiple pools to enjoy including a hot tub. Food was amazing. I could not think of a better way to improve this place as everything was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Great price! Rooms are clean and up to date. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast every day. Pool is clean with towels, chairs and umbrellas. This was our third stay here in Paradise Valley and will pick them again."
