Everything was spotless from the moment I walked in — the bathroom, bedding, and floors were exceptionally clean and well maintained. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help, making check-in and my overall stay smooth and enjoyable. "One front desk receptionist was not very helpful. We had another that was great. When checking out they could not provide me with a bill and stated it would take a half hour. They said they would email me my bill. I never received it. I then found out they overcharged my room and bill. Now have to make several phone calls to get this fixed. This shouldn’t be so difficult. I would not recommend staying here. "
