"We booked the King Summit room that gave us access to the summit lounge, the booking and staff reiterated this came with drinks, coffee/teas/water and snacks available during the hours the lounge was open, sadly there were never snacks only a couple apples and oranges, we mentioned this to the front desk and they said they would restock the chocolate bars? We went back and there were some Sesame Snaps and Kashi fruit bars, Highly disappointing when they are normally charging over $300 a night access this lounge with your room. If that is the snacks you are better off booking the Sheraton Eau Claire Club Lounge room Package."

"The hotel seems perpetually under construction. It is usually cheap and is right on the lrt line for events at the saddledome. Also, the gym is in poor condition. "

"Their breakfast buffet got better. They used to offer either bacon or sausages at the buffet. During my recent stay, they offered both at the sane time. Their eggs are cooked nicely compared to other buffets I've tried recently."
