"Positives - quick check in, clean room, staff helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Fitness centre was also well maintained.
Downside - the air-conditioning was not good at all and the room was always hotter than it should have been. The fridge smelled pretty bad and the microwave was clean but may have been from the 90s."

10/10 Excellent
"The front desk staff is fabulous! The room was clean & very comfortable. The breakfast included cheesy egg omelets from real eggs and freshly ground & brewed coffee. Parking was easy & accessible. Definitely someplace we'll stay again!"
"The hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful the only problem I had was that the room didn’t have a microwave which was an inconvenience and the thermostat. When we changed the temperature to 70 it would switch to heat so we had to keep it on 68 the whole weekend which kept the room freezing. Other than that the stay was great."
"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely well versed in customer service. The facility was well kept and nice amenities. There was even a small bar and food service counter that you could order food/drink all day (with the exception of 6am-9am when breakfast was served). The breakfast was good, nice selection. We had a single king bed room. The room could have used some updating. Looked pretty original. The layout was a little funny for my husband and I. The toilet and shower were in a very small room that was clunky to go in and out of when opening and closing the door. Had to move around the toilet to do so. The sink/vanity was right outside the toilet/shower room and directly across from the bed. As my husband wakes up before me, it was disturbing for him to use the sink and turn that light on while I slept, it woke me up. The closet was there as well and you had like a double closet with only a single door on the very left for access. So any clothing on the right you had to delve deep into the closet to get to anything. Did not like that at all. So overall, it was nice but the room could use improvement."
"This was a great place to post up for several small meetings in the Chicagoland area. Easy to get to off I55 and it was pretty quiet for being so close to that major artery.
Would stay again when in the area"
