"Convenient to shopping and interchange"

"Fantastic family stay with great views! The penthouse was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for our family of four. We loved the Darling Harbour views and made great use of the indoor pool and sauna in the evenings. Staff were friendly and very helpful. While the bathrooms could use a slight upgrade, the historic charm, excellent location near public transport, and proximity to major attractions made for a wonderful stay."

"Room is clean and tidy. City view is fantastic. Staff at receptionist is efficient and courteous. Housekeeping staff is excellent. Laundry and dryer in room facilities is great."

"No instructions to get washing machine or cook top working. No frying pan, no tea towels, no drying rack. Had issues with dishwasher. Dirty flooring, especially around the bottom of skirting boards. Bathroom fan not working. Carpet in bedroom soiled/stained. Still was a pleasant stay, but certainly not worth over $200 a night (without discount). "Clean and spacious studio with a comfortable king-size bed, premium Mor brand bathroom amenities, easy check-in and check-out, easy parking, be aware there is a $100 hold deposit upon check-in, as a platinum Expedia user and VIP access the establishment only gave bottled water for an extra perk, I would have expected better than this as I am also a repeat customer, I suggest better perks for loyal customers"
