"The location is very close to food and a short walk to the water. The limited street parking, which is noted in the listing is less than ideal as you can’t really get close to the front door with the homeowner of another property and the other what I assume rental property next door. Linens, dishes and counters were clean upon arrival. "I liked the location of the property, The couch and bed were comfortable and the convenience of a wash machine and dryer. Only thing that could of been better is the water pressure in the shower and more trash bags. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Great location in Brookline. Property is around the corner from Beacon street and the Summit green line T station. About 20 minute ride on T to downtown. Parking must be reserved in advance (only 2 spots behind building) for $50 a day. We looked at other lots nearby but they were $70 per day. Floors creak and walls are thin so you can hear neighbor walk, talk and get ready in the morning. Bathroom is tight and desk is very small. Common area seating, kitchen and laundry are nice. ...

"The room was great- exactly as described. The gentleman owner was kind - lived on the premises and spent a lot of our stay mowing the lawn and working in the gardens. Would be a bit uncomfortable for femme people traveling alone, but a good set up for people looking for conversation or company. "
