"The hotel is decent. The room was amazing! We were sho thrilled to have 2 separate rooms a livingroom and a bedroom it was so nice. We were there and there was a school field trip as well and with that many kids there the place was well kept. Towels at the pool took a little longer but over all we enjoyed our time and will be back very soon. "

"Giving the price, is hard to complain about this hotel. It is ok if you’re planning on being out all day and just get to the hotel at night. Close enough to Boston; we stayed during Marathon weekend when every hotel in Boston is over $300 a night and Motel 6 was $100"

"Hi, my stay at Double Tree/Hilton Andover overall was good. The Hotel itself was was lovely, neat and clean. The spacious room was very neat and clean. I had trouble sleeping with such soft pillows, even when placing three pillows on top of each other. Also traveling with a seeing/walking impared person, it was difficult to enter the Hotel with the circular entry door. Only one person can fit in the small circular space. I couldn't help her exit this type of door. The entry door on the side, is heavy to maneuver when carrying bags and assisting an impared person. "

"Clean room and nic supper and breakfast but 4 items to be noted:- 1) Internet was very intermittent and I get going off line and having to sign in again. Other customers made the same complaint as I did to the front desk. They finally stopped saying it was my laptop and said they'd look into it 2) The Regatta restaurant did not have a Wine and Cocktail list with prices which is unacceptable. No list at all. 3) The electronic key to our room did not work on a number of occasions. 4) We tried to set the room temp at 68F as instructed but it always went back to 70F Please forward me the responses from the Hotel - specially re the Internet that needs serious fixing.
