"Thank you to the staff at The Hampton. We were traveling from out of state for a concert. We were greeted at the front desk by a wonderful woman who was so friendly and accommodating. "I booked this hotel months in advance as I was travelling from another country. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. "Up at 6:00 AM to catch flight...no food! Took at least 15 minutes for anything resembling hot water. Water pressure so low shower was only a drizzle. Difficult to unlock room door...one key did not work. Only one regular coffee in room. Bed on for wall has severe depress or broken spring. Close to Cleveland airport was only positive. "

"I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."

"Hotel stay was fantastic. The only issue I had was during checkout. I had to check out early due to travel plans changing. The desk clerk was helpful during the afternoon and left a note for the early morning desk clerk. When I went to the front desk to check out the clerk was nowhere to be found. The placard at the front desk had a number to call for immediate assistance, this would have been helpful had that number not direct you to the phone at that counter. 20 minutes later the clerk...

"The location is nice and room is fine. The room: no hooks for towels, loud noise very early in the morning, the elevator, hallway and room smell like weed. We stayed one night so we tough it out but it should not have to be that way. Customer service: very poor, check in rep wasn't friendly and the next morning we asked about breakfast, she said that we had to pay which we weren’t aware of. When we check in the rep was not friendly and did not inform us anything. She did not do anything for us...
