"I booked this hotel months in advance as I was travelling from another country. The hotel called me the day of my arrival (6 hours before check in) and told me they’re cancelling my room because they over booked the hotel. The person on the phone was extremely rude and gave nothing but attitude towards me while I was trying to figure out my next move as I was in the middle of my travel to this location. "Guy at the front desk was not there had to call in order for him to come to the desk the ceiling was molded and sagging in the bathroom and they make you do a cash deposit so be prepared for that."

"Room was clean except for a huge stain on the bedsheet. The sheet was clean, but the stain was disturbing. Staff, especially in the morning were excellent. My husband and I flew in on a Wednesday night, and the shuttle picked the rest of my family up in the morning and brought them to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if the stained sheet gets addressed."

"I called ahead asking about early check in at 3:30. Check in is at 4. Whoever we spoke to on the phone said that was okay. If we came earlier, it would be a 30$ cash only charge. We arrive at 3:27 and the front desk staff said no early check in at all and said earliest he could do was 3:45 and a 30$ fee. Mind you, the place was completely empty. "Hotel was so filthy. Room was also not properly cleaned, floor was dirty and needed good broom and mop. No soap and shampoo in bath. My wife is very unhappy with this hotel."

"The Sonesta was a pretty good stay. We only stayed for one night. It was a few things that could be improved. They need to make sure enough towels are in the amenties. It was only one wash cloth in each bathroom and only one towel in one of the bathrooms. Also, the kitchen did not have any silverware, pans for cooking, or dinnerware. This would have been a problem if we were staying more days. I think if someone would inspect the rooms after them being cleaned would lower the complaint or...

"First the room has bathroom not clean & toilet not working. Smell from the room. We request to change the room. They said coffee in room compliments. When I reach the room there was no water or coffee cups. I ask the front desk and person said I am not a coffee lover. If you want water you can buy from front desk $2 per bottle and also cup $2. I said coffee is cheaper than $4 outside. Overall not good experience. Even breakfast you can have only few things. Not a good breakfast eathier."
