"This is the worst hotel I've ever been too. They didn't give me my refund after telling me verbally they would after booking through a 3rd party! We needed a pool to help my cheerleader relax her muscles after her competitions... I had called ahead of time ofc because we needed the pool especially and only getting that one because. I get there and the pool is closed and had been for awhile tho I was told by both 3rdparty and they lied to me saying I would be refunded, but had to go through the 3rd party because they couldn't give me even a discount they said when I got there.. so 3rd party called to confirm my refund they told me I would get and they said they didn't say that, so I didn't get nothing. I am super upset, and would give this so many negative stars.. it was upsetting and made my daughter hurt even. It wasn't a good stay and I am very very upset I didn't get my refund. They literally said they couldn't even give me a discount at the front desk... so I know I was getting refunded after they said. The property lied to my third party... so this place lied. I will never go to any hotels linked to this one, maybe if they refunded.. it was horrible . 😢 I'm so sad and felt horrible for my kiddo when it's a must for our competitions. Their breakfast was pretty much gone in the morning and didn't stock back up though it wasn't the end either. I'm in shock how they said I would get refunded and then didn't. It was 130 they could have just refunded.. I'm pretty upset."

"Breakfast was fine. The property wouldn't let my wife and daughter register until Hotels.com gave the authorization to get their room. Maybe my mistake--but it should have been immediate when they arrived. I had the reservation and they had my card info. First issue. Then--the property--elevator floor covering was shot and taped up--clear duct tape. The walls were filthy in the elevator as well. The hallway--exit sign hanging by a wire--ice machine exterior filthy and was in-op.--garbage can overflowing next to the ice machine. The bathroom counter was dirty--dust covering the vanity. The beds were good however. Neither myself or my family will be staying at this property again. On a good note--your rep at Hotels.com was very helpful with the registration process and spent almost an hour getting the property manager to let my family get their room. They were in the area for an funeral--a very tragic situation nonetheless. I demand a credit of some sort--it was just that bad ! Maybe the entire set of charges . "

"This hotel was in a convenient place for where we needed to be. It was sufficient for our needs, but not spectacular. The treadmill was broken. Breakfast was pretty good, but the sausage was not warm on either morning of our stay. The bed was comfortable."

"Check was quick and smooth, I really appreciated the staff allowing me to pick a preferred floor as well as getting us a room next to my sisters! Everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was a bit clustered with the waffle irons being right next to the main dishes, the line would flow much quicker if the waffles were completely separate. The plates and cups were also empty for longer periods before being restocked adding to the line backup."

"I chose to not stay with an hour of being there. It looked like drug addicted and homeless people were living there. Not clean and it smelled. I found a big under the mattress. When I was leaving a police officer was pulling in. Do not stay here "
