"The book was out of date so when I booked a tour, I still had more to pay for when I arrived. They admitted that tour in the book has not been available since January and it's May now. The food is hit or miss. Overall really gorgeous and incredible property, short walk to Ubud main area and very quiet next to the jungle. Pool is a fun shape, but impossible to swim any laps in because of it and with the mix up on tours, food being just so-so, for the price tag of this place, I really expected...

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a nice garden and ”outdoor” kitchen and diningarea/livingroom. Very steep steps leading to the second bedroom. Breakfast is not bufféstyle but a set menu, quite small portions though. The hotel is about a 15 min walk from the Ubud center (market), witch is good because the place is nice and quiet at night. There is a bunch of restaurants within a couple of min walk. "

My only issue would be the quality of massage of the spa , that does not reflect its price . I had asked for deep tissue but it seemed like a normal massage. "The villa and surrounding property was absolutely beautiful- peaceful and relaxing- the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs including carrying all our luggage from the main road entrance to our villa. Nestled amongst rice fields with a view of the valley in a magnificently manicured garden and tranquil pool has left wonderful lasting memories. "

"We spent 4 nights in a suite room here and everything was perfect. It is a small boutique resort with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was large, with two sinks, a large bath and comfortable beds with luxury linen. Our room was very quiet at night. The pool is small but lovely and we could always get a sun lounge. The restaurant was also lovely and the breakfast had a good range to choose from. Sri Ratih is a peaceful oasis close to the centre of Ubud. I would return."
