Tickets can be bought on the day from one of three booths but I would recommend getting there early to avoid queues. You can rent either a locker or a private cabin to change in but the lockers should be fine for most. Accessing the outside bathing areas is a little tricky and not well-signed; you need to go all the way to the end of either "corridor" and go past the showers. Check the maps that occasionally show up on the walls.

We hired 2 towels which cost us £8 when converted into £ pounds. Absolutely scandalous. Make sure you take a towel with you

Bring your own flip flops they are compulsory and your own towel. Order a cabin, much easier

Staff were incredibly rude. Bring your own towels or pay a fortune!

You get charged for towel hire (which I understand and forgot to “borrow” towels from the hotel). What I didn’t know and no one tells you - is the YOU HAVE TO HAVE FLIP FLOPS OR SLIPPERS to wear. And if you don’t you have to buy theirs - which are expensive. The whole visit cost about £60 for less than an hour in the water. Not great. The decor is amazing but very shabby,

Take your own flip flops and bathing hat- they are compulsory and they charge a lot of money to buy them. This was the reason we didn't end up going... It would have been about £70 for 2 people and as it was quite cold, we would have only been in there a couple of hours.
