"The property had very nice grounds with a lovely pool looking out over the water. The superior garden room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the beach was not good for swimming but it was otherwise a very pleasant property."

However, the staffs are friendly and very attentive. When we returned back to the hotel late morning from Ijen, the staff arranged to send breakfast to our room even before we request for it.
