"The hotel is amazing—well maintained and offering great amenities such as hot spring baths, yukatas to wear around the hotel, a wide selection of bath accessories, and a shuttle service to the station. The only downside is that the staff dont speak English, but they genuinely try to understand you, and using a translator works perfectly fine."
