"The apartments are fine but very expensive for what they are and the facilities eg although there’s a lovely terrace there are no loungers. The price was 1 to 2 higher than nearby apartments that offered more. On arrival our balcony doors didn’t lock. We called and someone came to check but we had to sleep feeling unsafe. The next day I rebooted again and the helpful receptionist sorted. There were additional charges he’s for washing towels more than once a week! Plus a charge for the safe so...
"Lovely property, great rooms - amazing pool. VERY standard food options and the bar was not very atmospheric. The staff I met were lovely though and really wanted us to relax. Concierge and management were completely the opposite though and very rude, even at check in.
I’d go back just for the staff and the guests we met who come year on year - I would eat outside though "
"Really nice place. We went in low season, so is easier to have a good experience. Service was nice too. We didn’t know that the reception was not open all the time, we arrived at 16 and apparently it was already too late. So, make sure you inform yourself before arriving "
