Friendly staff. Jo, the manager would go out of her way to help. Good breakfast, well worth the money. Bar area well stocked and disco on the Friday night was good.

Nice Clean room staff very nice and friendly welcoming only things which could be improved on are the main carpets in corridors look a little tired but room was spotless and faultless. spot on and excellent value for money and no tea and coffee in room but they have made it free from bar downstairs. Id stay again without hesitation breakfast under £10 very good too

Perfect for a quick overnight stay so we could get an early start. Friendly staff, easy check in. Even let us take a pint to the room 👍. Room was basic but did the job.it was fairly loud in the club but we couldn’t hear anything from our room.

The pub was lovely amd great entertainment. Only a couple of thinngs that would have made it alot better amd a 5 rating is the pillows on the beds. You only got 1 pillow that was very flat and the second thing was there was no chairs in the room to sit in to relax. Other than that. The stay was nice. Was very noisey but to stay at a pub thats what we expected.

Grim stay

Rooms were old and grim!! Black mould all over the bathroom and beds were really uncomfortable. Pub itself was pleasant and staff were friendly enough.

Lovely little inn

Lovely little inn with super comfortable beds. We slept so well! Sadly our in room TV didn’t work and the internet was a little spotty. The staff were very friendly and it was a lovely atmosphere!

It was alright. Can't complain with the price. Bed was comfy. TV was OK for streaming but WiFi didn't work and when I asked at the bar they said they had same issue and that it should work later, it didnt. Staff were friendly. No soundproofing in room so it does get quite loud being a pub. I wouldn't stay there with my kids

Basic and budget which suited what I needed. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is above a pub so beware of possible noise from downstairs. The Room was fine albeit a little tatty and very basic.

Cheap but very basic and really could do with some TLC. I mean the room is as clean but dirty! It had been cleaned but lots of stains on carpet and chair, TV didn’t work, cracker tiles in bathroom and mould. Staff really nice hence don’t want to put it down to much, but would I stay again NO

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. We were told that there would be a disco at night and it should finish at 12.30 - it finished at 2 and the music was thumping through all the rooms. There was a gap of almost 1 cm down the side of the door frame which we could see through which was somewhat unsettling. We also could not understand why there was a kettle in the room - there were no cups, no coffee/tea and no electric cable to plug it into.

Staff were friendly and helpful, linen and towels were clean, the room was warm. No kettle in the room and no drinks or food available before 8 a.m. The evening menu was pitiful. The corridor carpet was filthy and thread bare. Bedroom was dingy, there were holes in the plaster and the paint work was old and drab. The shower control was broken. Only the most desperate souls could find the accommodation bearable. .
