"Property was ok with good location. Soft furnishings within the complex were dirty and require replacement especially the mattresses on the pool chairs by the pool . . Electricity went off whilst there."

"I had a pleasant stay at Zanzibar Coffee House. Excellent service and I really liked my room. The location is a little challenging to get to though. The staff will kindly give you a map. They went above and beyond with breakfast."

"The room was big and it was clean. Had hot water for the shower. Enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful. The only problem that I had with the room was that it had that old musty smell to it. I was thinking because the hotel is so old that’s why it has that smell. I would stay here again."

"AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. "

"Zawadi House provides personal services and the kindness of the staff is unmatched. The grounds are beautiful, with tea in the garden each evening being a relaxing highlight of our stay. Breakfast was wonderful. The location is close to Arusha city center and any other activities you have in mind. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend giving Zawadi House try when you visit the area."
