"Don’t ever go to this place we had a horrible experience. We had a snake in our room and the staff didn’t want to change the room for us. "Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We...

"Clean good looking hotel, rooms spacious and clean, infinity pool is the highlight. Good selection for breakfast each day. Lunchtime and evening food a bit hit and miss. Firm times when you can and can’t access them and if you fancy a cocktail in the day .. you’ll have to wait for the right member of staff to turn up.
