"The place was right in the heart of Rome, walking distance from the Colosseum. Room was comfortable and clean. I left a pair of earrings behind and they mailed them back to me!! Very attentive and had great communication. "

"The host was responsive and helpful every step of the way. Check in was easy and clear. They even helped arrange transportation from the airport and to the port. That was awesome. The property was close to the Colosseum and there were several dining options near by. They even provided snacks and bottled water for us upon arrival. It was a nice touch. Thanks for making the start of our trip seamless and memorable!"

"Väldigt trevligt hotell, ett stenkast från Tibern och det trevliga området Trastevere, med många mysiga restauranger. Väldigt bra skick, och hög standard. Kunnig och serviceinriktad personal. Vi är väldigt nöjda med Palazzo Velabro, vi bodde där 6 nätter. Lite kritik, en fantastiskt trevlig hotellbar fanns på terrassen på plan 1, men den missade vi nästan pga knapp information."

"The bed is very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is superb just a little bit louder than I’m used to, but with the window shut it is OK. I would recommend asking for a fan for a background noise lots of television to choose from as well in the evenings."

"This was a very unique and private property. The entrance was unsuspecting but easy to find. Once you went up the elevator and entered the guest services desk we were warmly welcomed. The room was very clean and the bed and linens very comfortable. We could not hear any street noise and had a pretty city view. "
