"Clean rooms and facility."

"Upon arriving, there is a separate price for parking through a 3rd party app. Not disclosed on their website or Expedia. We reserved a room with a “hill view” and we got first floor looking to the parking lot. Front desk brushed it off and said they couldn’t do anything even though they still had other rooms open. 24/7 cafe was nice but the hot water dispenser had coffee flavored hot water. "The entire experience at the Summerwood Inn was amazing! We were there for our daughter's graduation in San Luis Obispo, and it was such a peaceful contrast to the graduation hoopla. Highly recommend this wonderful place. And the wine is great too! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome."

"This Motel really exceeded our expectations. It is a super cute property and the room was adorably decorated. I loved hanging out in the hammock first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, and by the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures dropped as well. The pool area was amazing - no shortage of very comfortable seating with access to the bar and restaurant - so nice that it is restricted to 21 and older! "The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby."

"I am very picky andnget grossed out very easily at hotels. This was not even close to grossing me out. Unbeatable location. Nice outdoor firepit. Very clean rooms. Clean bathrooms Oldish carpets but not even close to being bad. No AC and the breeze never hit the windows in the right place. The room never got below 75 degrees. But sleeping was in that temp was not bad."

"Well maintained, courteous staff, clean room, super comfy beds and so quiet because of the location. Great complimentary breakfast as well. Ordered a Paloma drink at the bar and that was excellent. Definitely worth it as every Marriott I’ve experienced."

"Staff and room was great, but this hotel is a dead spot. The WiFi won’t work, I couldn’t make calls or communicate unless I went out the road. It was super Inconvenient. Cambria is bad enough with reception but I’ve never not been able to communicate, this was absolute dropped calls and no texting. I couldn’t work or do anything and they also only have cable tv."

"Everything was fabulous except the weather for the two days we were there. No pool usage cause the sun wasn’t out. Cameron the day we left. Bummer cause the pool is part the reason we stay every summer. Not their fault but our stay wasn’t as great as each summer prior."
