"Hotel is very nice. The breakfast was good and hot 24 hour coffee. They only complaint I had is housekeeping we stayed there nine nights in a row and not once had our room cleaned our sheets changed but other than that it was great."

"Very Huge and Beautiful Drury! Late night dining and bar...plenty of areas to sit, visit, eat. Rooms lovely and very clean. Bathrooms and showers great! Staff amazing, so friendly. Outside areas by pool very nice."

"The rooms were very clean and anytime there was a problem in your room or needed anything they were right there to bring it to you. The hotel is outdated and needs some updating but everything was in working condition. The pool and hot tub were great this hotel also has a lazy river which we saw lots of people taking advantage of it. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we like it for the quietness. The only thing we were not crazy about was the breakfast but we weren’t to concerned...

"Hotel was on the main strip in Pigeon Forge, but far enough off the road to be quiet at night. My favorite part of the stay was the amazing breakfast! Sausage, eggs, omelets, hashbrowns, french toast, regular toast with jelly or peanut butter, 3 cereal choices, and yogurt. And coffee and 2 juice choices. It was wonderful!"

"Friendly and helpful staff, property very clean, room very clean. Lots of options on the breakfast buffet. Amenities very accessible and functioning properly. Conveniently located to activities sites and restaurants.Highly recommend!"

"Had a nice stay. Shower was clogging a bit. But other than that, everything was AMAZING!"

"Very clean. Staff was friendly. We needed additional blankets and the front desk gave us some. Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is to go. You can grab a Coffee, Popcorn, Donuts, Cookies and similar items to go... by the check in reception. We would stay here again."

"Overall really enjoyed our stay at Creekstone Inn, the ducks, geese,squirrels, groundhogs, skunk and racoons were fun and entertaining. Had a issue with the doorknob leading to the balcony. Called twice and was told a work order was placed for repair. That didn't happen during our 5 day stay. Room was clean and spacious! Parking was great. Again our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return. Staff were very friendly and polite. Quiet and peaceful stay! This could turn into...

"We were provided with a clean, well maintained travel pack and play for our little one. We had a long day on our first day and late to check in and the staff was very kind to bring the pack and play up to pur room with extra set of blanket to cushion the pack and play. That gesture goes a long way and was very much appreciated. Thank you! "

"The problem was the elevator was out o service for one of our days we are in our 70's it was very hard to walk up 5 flights of steps and back down"
