"The hot tub had rules with age restrictions but it was full of children the entire time so we never got a chance to use it, the newly opened lazy river was freezing, the staff was rude to me on the phone and when I complained about the stay on the last day, we also had a ladybug infestation in the room the entire time."

"The room was clean, decently modern, breakfast was nice, the parking is kinda tight when the hotel is booked up, had to park far away. A dump truck comes at 4AM on Saturday morning which wasn’t pleasant to wake up to after driving and arriving early that morning, also not the most quiet hotel, can hear kids and people in hallway, my biggest issue was after driving Friday night(with a 3 month old) we finally arrived at 12:45 AM to a sign on the lobby door saying “helping another guest be back shortly” the lobby was completely locked, and it was cold outside. So you couldn’t wait in the lobby for the clerk, we were just still stuck in the car, I had no idea where the clerk was, and we were absolutely exhausted after driving so long and into the morning. Finally I see the employee walking outside clearly in no rush and said my opinion about the situation and us needing to get checked in. The employee was in no hurry nor seemed to care, "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Drury in Pigeon forge The staff was so friendly and helpful . Our delux queen room was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub! And we really enjoyed the kick back snacks and beverages. We will definitely stay again!"
