"Excellent hotel with friendly, informative staff and great atmosphere. Our room was right at the top with views over the water. Everything was clean and comfortable. The air con kept the room cool and the bathroom, although small, was of the highest quality. We had an excellent stay and would recommend to anyone to stay here."

"Great welcome on arrival by friendly and helpful Adela, who explained about the hotel. Room was excellent, superb view overlooking the city, complimentary range of bathroom toiletries, coffee machine, great shower, comfy bed! Didn't get time to try the leisure facilities but looked good. Breakfast was excellent, so much choice. Highly recommend, would return."

"Really loved this hotel! Staff was excellent (and I don't say that often...) The hotel had a lovely laid back Amsterdam vibe while making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. we were upgraded to a suite and it was roomy, so comfortable and smelled so good- we bought two of the candles for home! The ladies at the front desk were always ready to help with recommendations for dining and activities... Will definitely choose a Pillows hotel for future European travel!! "

"Overpriced hotel. For one night, check in 3:00pm and checkout 8:00am, $900.00 Canadian. Not worth it. If not for our river cruise only picking up from this hotel, we would have stayed at our first hotel we had been in for previous 4 nights at a third of the cost and LOVELY. Had we known, we would have not stayed at Hilton and made our way ourselves to cruise ship departure. Do not recommend at this price! Nothing special here and we travel quite a bit."

"Great location with Tram stop right outside and Metro station less than 5 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The suit was nice and Regency Club had good options. The staff were the absolute highlight. From the reception staff at check-in, to the bar staff, maintenance workers and check-out, everyone we encountered had excellent customer service and a great attitude. Super friendly and helpful - will defo stay here again! "

"A wonderful find in Amsterdam. Only maybe 15 minutes walk from the centre, 2 minutes from a metro station and a bus stop if you didn’t fancy the walk. We were holidaying and the hotel had lots of business people in too but the atmosphere was great! That mix of people, nationalities and vibe was perfect. "A Unique Stay with a Cinematic Vibe If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter hotel, this isn't it! The aesthetic is fascinating—a striking Gothic style with corridors that feel like a high-end hospital ward straight off a movie set. While the atmosphere is a bit moody, the rooms themselves are impressively quiet and very spacious, providing a great sense of comfort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread and generally good onsite facilities. There were a few technical hiccups...
