"Cheerful greeting on arrival. Easy check in. Room on first impressions was very nice - not huge but certainly had everything one needed. "The hotel has an excellent ocation right by Albert Dock and Liverpool One,and a short walk to the center. We found our room to be very clean, but a bit on the small side. They offer an excellent buffet breakfast with various hot and cold dishes. Parking is available at the 2-minute walk nearby Q-Park John Lewis (where the hotel can offer a discount).
