"Warning!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at and we travel a lot. The rooms were disgusting. I don’t think they clean at all ever let alone after each person leaves. There were several rooms with bed bugs that were found. One possibly with lice, so sure there were others just didn’t hear about it. "Stayed here as it was close to the Penn Medicine Hospital so I could walk over, about a 15 minute walk. Property is well located near/of University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Parts of the rooms were updated, the rest less so but there is plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable."

"The room is decorated in simplistic style. So even though there is a full kitchen, there was no dish detergent or dish sponges. There was also no pots or pans even though there is a stove top. The bathroom has lots of safety railings, but no space for personal toiletries or hooks for robes or pajamas."

"so check in was a mess as they would not let my wife check in without me as her name was not also on the reservation. i understand there are security issues but I assured the front desk she was my wife and i was authorizing her to get a key. I was asked to call central reservations but they were useless and could not help me as the reservation was made through expedia.
