"Would never stay here again! They charge for absolutely everything. I came early, room wasnt ready, and thats totally fine. So i was told to wait in the lobby for 2 hrs. Sat there for a while, and then they told me ok youre room is ready. Ok great! But id have ro pay an early check in fee if i wanted to go to it, even though it was ready and my son and i were sitting there! So you have a room ready to go, but i cant go in to it without having to pay a $50 fee?? I mean wheres the customer "

"We stayed in room 911. Based on the Floorplan of the floor, it is the smallest room on the floor plate. It was disappointing that even though we were Expedia VIP Platinum status we were offered the smallest room. However, Trey at the front desk was helpful, and it was only two-nights. The hotel was convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle, the pool and gym were adequate. We would return if we needed something close to LAX. Thank you."

"Hotel is being remodeled at the moment so the bar and restaurant are closed. They did have cart in the main dining room that served as a bar and they served food. My wife and a couple friends raved about the lobster Mac and cheese. I skipped dinner.
We had to have a defective plug in the bathroom replaced, which they did the same day we reported it.
Short walk and shuttle service for Universal Studios Amusement Park which is the main reason we stayed there.
All in all, a good hotel. Pricing...

"We were 'greeted' at 2.50pm by a horrible lady at check in who didn't even say hello and basically growled at us to let us know that check in is not available until after 3pm. We heard her being unnecessarily rude to the couple in front of us in line too. What a horrible lady! Such a shame, because we later encountered two different friendly and helpful male staff.
