"The hotel is in a good location, just minutes away from Paddington train station.
The staff were friendly and helpful, with suggestions of what to see and do in London and where to eat.
The only slight niggle I had was the size of the room and ensuite, they are rather small, but saying that, for the price can't really complain.
For a short London stay it was great."

The roof top bar on the 7th floor is an absolute treat, soaking up the views of Tower of London paired with top cocktails and a fantastic array of spirits.
It’s the perfect get away.
Steph on reception was a star, and was very attentive to any queries we may of had at check in and throughout our stay.
The location has its advantages, you are within the centre of everything with great transport links. "

"It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. I now want this in every room I stay in. "

"Staff were great, sleeping areas were cleaned well though the toilet seat had dried blood on the side when we arrived at the hotel.
Location is about as good as it gets for travelling with small children, leave the front door and you see Big Ben, then walk north a block and you can see the London Eye!
The pool is a great way to unwind after a day of walking around London, and the fitness centre is better than many hotels I’ve visited in the past. "
