"The room was clean the property is close to Biltmore estate and lots of other things to do. The issue was the extras the fitness room was out of order, the hot tub at pool was out of order, the luggage cards are a triangle shape and not very sturdy I had two people tell me they tipped over while full one taking a lady with it to the ground. The second day the television went out and we were told it was a city wide problem, hard to believe the whole town lost television for four days."
