"Close to the railway station. Super close to the beach. Front desk had great staff. The seventh floor overlooks the water. Partial view but ok. For full views of the water the grand Brighton it is. Rooms are clean and everything is brand new. Comfortable bed, nice towels. Room size is in the description. Eat at the wetherspoon. Great food and great prices and super close. So this is a great hotel and great value for money. "

"Really sweet, clean and bright little apartment in a good location for shops and restaurants. Communication from the host was spot on and access into the apartment was so practical and straightforward. I would definitely stay here again as for a short stay (when you’re not really needing to cook much), it’s got such a wholesome and welcoming feel! Our apartment was up a few flights of narrow stairs so just mentioning that in case anyone has mobility issues though. "

"Was a fantastic hotel. Excellent staff who went out of their way to make the experience a great solo break. Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. "On street parking right outside at £17.50 for 24hrs. The Eden room is lovely with it's own small garden and hot tub. Staff very friendly. Breakfast served in the sister hotel 2 doors along, was very nice and plentiful."
