"Location is quite convenient, walking distance from Southern Cross Station & Spencer Outlet Centre, as well as a tram stop on the 30 tram line. Those made it easy to get around the city. The room was clean & all the amenities were provided. Housekeeping is only provided if you stay 8 nights or more. Perhaps a more comfortable sofa might have made it an even more pleasant stay. Overall a nice & convenient place to stay while visiting Melbourne."

Shower drain had hairs on it, and the top shelf in the closet and on the inside of the doors had a lot of dust. "Would have preferred if the place was cleaner given what we paid. On arrival was dirty tissues under the bed and hairs in the shower. First impressions count and that first impression tarnished the rest of the stay there."

"We stayed in this apartment for 6 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We found cockroaches every single day in various areas, including both large adults and many baby cockroaches, which suggests an ongoing infestation. They were mainly found in the kitchen, even though we kept the apartment clean throughout our stay and were careful not to leave food out. We would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to other travellers."

"Good location. Surprised how much smaller it was than we anticipated. Had paid more for 'Grand Studio' but was very small and pokey. No room for suitcases etc. Didn't realise it was not a hotel with normal check-in routine until later in the booking and probably wouldn't do this again. Having to organise an exact time to check in, waiting out on the street before check in and and no-where to store luggage is not ideal."
