"When we arrived, we found both beds had traces of blood on the bedsheets, it was disgusting when we went to the front desk and asked for new sheets. The guy was very rude. The next day I asked to speak to a manager, she initially offered to compensate us. but then change her mind because we chose to still stay with them. This is one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a hotel. this place is beyond horrible."

"We stay here every year on our way home to Michigan from Florida with our two dogs, and it’s always a good experience. The rooms are consistently clean and nicely updated, the beds are super comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. This time they even offered us warm cookies fresh out of the oven, which was such a nice touch! "

"Upon my arrival my reservation was not entered properly. As well as waking up the next morning to find that they shut off the water, for maintenance without any notification. Made overall experience slightly uncomfortable!"

"Our 4th floor room was large and very quiet. The plug-in USB connectors beside the bed would consistently quit working, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow. Breakfast was typical not bad, but not good very limited selection and the same thing every day. All in all, I would stay here again. Compared to other hotels in the area the amount we paid was a relative bargain."

Upon arrival, it was very clear our shower had not been cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair and dirt in the drain and on the shelves. "The hotel was under renovations, lobby and halls full of dryers dust and dirt. Loud music playing by workers and rude staff. No one was friendly or greeted guest. Had to go to the basement area for breakfast and had to ask for this info. Running water was “brown”, could not drink it . We have mostly always chosen Hampton when traveling, mostly good experiences. This stay was terrible, noisy, dirty and lacking good customer service. "This facility was in poor condition. The elevator was broken, there was no cover on the bathroom fan, and the drapes were so long they covered the HVAC unit. The TV worked well and the bed was fine. However no coffee at the so-called "free" breakfast, which offered nothing to beat. "
