"I was a little disappointed and would have liked the fire pit to be more close to the hotel. It felt a little isolated and not with the hotel . The fire pit was also a bit to high . Didn’t have chairs around the fire pit to relax . But did have picnic tables to sit at . The pool and hot tub was amazing . It’s indoor heated pool with a kiddie pool as well. Breakfast was good as well . "

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Drury in Pigeon forge The staff was so friendly and helpful . Our delux queen room was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub! And we really enjoyed the kick back snacks and beverages. We will definitely stay again!"

"I honestly can’t believe this hotel is new with such poor service. From the very beginning, they gave us the wrong room, which is unacceptable. When we finally got into the correct room, the bathroom was clogged — something that should never happen, especially in a new hotel. On top of that, there was basically no housekeeping service during our stay. For three days, nobody came to clean the room. The only time they showed up was on the last day, and even then, all they did was take out the trash and change the towels. The beds were not made at all. This level of service is extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Definitely not what you expect when staying at a new hotel."
