"Staff was great! Room wasn’t the best."

"We reserved two rooms. One had water all over the bathroom mirror and spots of black mold around the bathroom mirror and walls. I told the front desk and they moved me immediately. The other room had what appeared to be blood and feces between the mirror and sink and on the grab bar in the bathroom. The manager said he initiated a 20% refund through Expedia. I called Expedia and they told me they knew nothing about it and did not have a refund for me. I called the property, left a message over...

"Very busy hotel, with pre/post cruisers. Good restaurant and bar area. The Hotel is not near any shops or amenities."

"The check-in was easy. The room was clean. The shower didn’t drain and I was ankle deep by the end."

"Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that."

"Clean property, helpful and kind staff. AC ventilation is not the best since air flow can be blocked by how low it is installed and a bed is inches away from it."

"My family and I stayed in a room with a view of the water, which was great! Our room was very clean! The bathroom was a little outdated, but it was clean. The room was so spacious! The staff were so friendly too!! My only complaint would be the pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great!"

"View was great but even on 10th floor all the street noise (loud police/ambulance sirens throughout day/night and I obnoxious motorcycle revving- you may need ear plugs"

"Breakfast was okay, but not impressive at all. If I had known the quality of the breakfast in advance, I would not have chosen the breakfast plan. The parking was great and very convenient. One thing that really bothered me was the service during breakfast. While we were eating, a waitress came over and told us that the buffet would be closing in ten minutes. However, she said, “Hey, we are closing the buffet in ten minutes.” I felt this was far too casual and unprofessional for guests dining...

"I booked a solo birthday getaway stay here in late May, and glad I did. It was my 4th stay since 2021 and I have yet to be disappointed. The high ceilings made my room feel more spacious. It has clean and contemporary decor, well maintained overall, and no parking fee! Parking is gated as well so it felt secure as a solo female traveler. It’s probably my 4th time staying here since 2021 and it probably won’t be my last."

"No shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship! The only reason why we booked because the reviews stated free shuttle to the boat. No shuttle to the restaurants across the bridge to eat dinner. Breakfast was none existent because they were out of everything and expensive for the little they had. The hotel is nice and has potential to be great. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. We booked because the hotel location is at the port! Why not have a shuttle to all boats??!!"
