"Excellent staff very helpful especially at reception we had queries about buses they went all out to help us plus the lad at breakfast was lovely very friendly and helpful The rooms are air conditioned a must in recent weeks views lovely bed comfy and great facilities a defo 10/10 most definitely staying again"

"We really enjoyed our stay, The location of the hotel right on the Waterfront on the corner of the Albert Dock was perfect. The staff, from check-in to the breakfast staff, were all friendly and welcoming and our room was comfortable and quiet."

"Overall the staff were really helpful and couldn't do enough for you (apart from one area who i'll cover seperately). They were polite and cheery and a real credit to the hotel. However, standards in this hotel don't shout 4 star to me and the room was definitely not worth the cost The carpet in my room had a lump in it and needs to be relayed. The king bed was 2 beds pushed together rather than a single bed. They weren't even of the same height so you rolled up/down between them in the night....

"Kitchen was well equipped, fridge freezer, 5 ringed hob, microwave, wine cooler, kettle, sachets of milk coffee & a couple of teabags. All crockery cups plates supplied, plus’s knifes & forks. All utensils plus pans. "

"Excellent location, easy check in and out. Parking not available at property but plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk although quite expensive. Had an awful sleep as bin trucks woke the whole house at 5am due to a window that we couldnt close due to being too high up. Place overall clean but did have dirty toilet brushes, dirty windows and needs a fresh lick of paint. But bedding, Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Some mattresses ok others sunken im and uncomfortable. "We were very happy with our stay. When we booked it worked out cheaper than your standard travel lodge/premier inn so we where worried the images online wouldn’t match the experience but we where wrong! Sure the rooms could maybe do with a lick of paint but overall we were very happy with the apartment.
