"Love staying at the CHauncery when I'm in Dublin! Highly recommend in a very convenient location to everything! Staff are helpful and friendly and love the spa on the lower level! Will definitely be back!"

"Lovely hotel in a great location. Central to all we needed in Dublin. Hotel room was ideal. It was clean and comfortable with all the facilities we needed for our stay."

"Excellent place to stay in Dublin. Not quite central, but close enough to everything. Great and helpful staff too."

"The room we got was very spacious and clean. But in comparison to the other places we stayed at, we felt that the hosts were a bit rude and dismissive. Not the friendliest people we met on our trip."

"When I first walked in my room I was very surprised by the excellent rating on here for the hotel - the room was very old, furniture worn out, and rug darkened and bumpy. The mattress was also more of a cot thickness with flat pillows and not comfortable. However, the view of the cathedral from my room was spectacular which is why I opted not to change rooms - that and they told me every room had the same mattresses. The manager and front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful and kind, so...

"Very good 👍"

"The property was clean and nice. I wasn’t happy about given a handicapped room, but Kitty changed it for us right away. My only other complaints about this hotel is there are no telephones in the room, and no hot pot or coffee in rooms. My friends with us, in another room, had their shower overflow, and had to go downstairs for help, because of no telephone to contact the front desk. Besides that, the room was clean and the reception area was very nice."

"The bed was difficult to get into for the person sleeping closer to the wall. There was no sheet on the bed, only a comforter. The iPad is a must for controls and requests - I asked for an alternative and was told there wasn’t one. Caution that there is a homeless shelter feet away from the hotel - I didn’t feel safe walking alone down Peter St."

"Liked everything"

"We arrived in Dublin for our honeymoon, Arthaus provided an early check in, and a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room! Parking garage is right next door, I did know not know they would validate (50% off parking) so I prepaid it. At the front desk they offered breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was great, there was a good menu. Both men working at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely return."

"Rani was great! Housekeeping was so -so. Location is great. Nice lobby to sit in. Carpets are stained. Towels need to be replaced."

"Clean beautiful property in the middle of dublin … staff was attentive and very helpful… dinner was great at the restaurant"

"Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay!"
