"*** WARNING *** They will place an up-front charge for potential damages on your credit card and it will take days for it to be zeroed out. I will not be returning as long as this customer unfriendly policy remains in place. The property is dated throughout. I would definitely not call it a "Chateau", more like a lodge. The bedroom in our loft had an old CRT TV in the room, only the living room had a flat screen. The hot tub was not hot enough, it was not much better than "warm." The...
