"Beautiful hotel one room was ready early, had a little wait for the 2nd room, we upgraded to the balcony suite rooms, it’s cheaper to do this via Expedia than direct with the hotel, which we did not realise Rooms are top notch, bar and restaurant are lovely, we had lunch and a couple of drinks before getting our room key, not realising you receive a 20% discount on food!! Lunch menu was very good plenty of choices and huge plates. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, would definitely stay here again "

"We had a quiet and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel looks newly refurbished. Breakfast was good too. The shower screen seemed to have been fitted wrong way round, as it opens on the side where she sink is, but it’s not a problem, just some finishing touches that could be easily fixed."

"I found the hotel to be in an excellent location i.e. walkable to many attractions. Transportation and eating options are also close by. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only negative worth mentioning would be the security staff. When returning to the hotel in the early evening, security staff members are inside the doors where they are unfriendly and look at you as something other than valued guests. They alone will cause me to pause before selecting this hotel on a return visit to London."
