"The room was immaculate, boasting a fantastic balcony with a view of the volcano. The balcony featured a glass side wall and a privacy curtain, also keeping the rain out. While the bathroom was a bit dated, it was clean and included a European bidet. The property itself was truly five-star: well-designed and meticulously maintained. "This is a beautiful property outside of the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. It offers excellent amenities and ample space for multiple people. The only thing I recommend is that, if you plan to cook meals while there, check the kitchen before starting. We had some items we had to improvise for, but the things in place were fantastic. "

"The reason we gave 5 stars is because of the very friendly helpful staff! We are very picky about beds and pillows and we slept really well! Even though this place needs updating it provides everything you need! Breakfast was awesome too! We saw toucans the minute we got there and heard howler monkeys. "This is a beautiful property with impeccable service and amazing views of the volcano. Our family suite was very large with an instagram worthy view of the volcano from our balcony. The grounds are beautiful- the trees, flowers, water features, just gorgeous. A good sized pool and several hot springs are part of the property.
