"We enjoyed a three-night stay at Arenal Kioro and had a very pleasant experience. The grounds were beautifully maintained and created a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with the surrounding natural beauty adding to the overall experience. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, personable, and welcoming. I especially appreciated that staff members remembered me and addressed me by name whenever we crossed paths, which made the experience feel more personalized and warm. The room was comfortable and matched the photos shown online. The layout was different from what I was used to, but it was exactly as represented, so there were no surprises. The bed was decent and provided a comfortable place to rest after exploring the area. The breakfast was decent, with enough options to start the day. Overall, Arenal Kioro provided a relaxing stay with beautiful surroundings, excellent hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The genuine friendliness of the staff truly stood out and made our three-night stay enjoyable."

"We love coming to Las Lagos! Every detail from the spacious rooms, to the array of hot springs, to the spa, to the restaurant is top of the line. The breakfast buffet is a feast with a delightful selection of fruit, great coffee and pretty much anything your heart could desire for breakfast! You have to try the mint lemonade!"

"This resort is amazing and the staff is great. My only complaint is that the bathroom in the room has a permanently open small window. This makes the bathroom extremely humid and uncomfortable. You have to keep the bathroom door closed so that the room does not feel the same."

"This is in a gorgeous setting with the Arenal volcano always very visible. The breakfast buffet each morning was tasty. The grounds were well maintained and were quiet in the evenings, which was great for relaxing and sleeping. The restaurant and bar staff were pleasant. We enjoyed the thermal pools but several were empty."

"Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the swim up bars. The only recommendation for improvement would be to have an adults only area. Even though there is a kids pool, we found that older kids would often come up to the areas of the swim up bars. A place to enjoy a drink and relax without the presence of loud teens would be nice. Other than that, everything was amazing!"
