She went beyond her time and it was an excellent experience. They make the luggage forwarding as easy as possible. I loved the location. It’s the best to be in the center of the action when visiting for a short time! Would stay here again. "

"Perfect location in Shinjuku, walking distance from the train station. Great hotel, clean, good amenities, friendly, helpful staff. Had a room with 4 beds and enough room for a family of 4 with grown kids. Hotel kept our luggage for us after check-out since we had a late flight. Would definitely recommend "

"We found the hotel to be located conveniently in Shinjuku. Tokyo is wide and transportation access will be crucial to get places, and the hotel is six minutes away from Shinjuku station. There are numerous shops, stores and food spots minutes away. The building is in great condition, the room was spacious and very clean and the staff are polite and helpful. We were offered a later check-out time as an option due to our VIP membership which was nice of them. We did not have breakfast here, but they did also offer us a discounted price and they have both Japanese and Western available. Overall, the hotel was great!"
