It’s was a good stay overall. Room were extremely small. We had to remove the heater and chair in the hallway just to fit our luggage in the room. Shinagawa Prince Hotel
Location was excellent. I would stay again just for that. 20mins by train from Haneda and JR line is right there makes for convenient travel.
