Tokyu Stay Tsukiji (Tokyo Ginza Area)
Location of smoking area means smells permeate hotel including non smoking rooms. Rooms are tired and worn. Desk staff quality highly variable.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
The hotel location was excellent, with easy access to the train station. The breakfast at this hotel was excellent too. However, the Annex building was lacking proper maintenance. E.g. the air conditioning did not work; the bathroom sink did not drain properly; the carpet was grungy and dirty.
