Also, while the bedding was clean, they need new pillows It's great value for a hotel in London and in an excellent location...

No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely."

"Room was clean and had microwave fridge washing machine. Shower and toilet were clean. The bed mattress could do with changing as you could feel the springs in it. Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys. It was a good Expedia price and I would use again. Location is good as there are plenty of transport links and the locale has a variety of...
