"Friendly staff very tentative and kind"

"Plenty of parking, breakfast was good, front desk staff was very polite and helpful"

"The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. "

"No remote for tv. Got a remote, tv wasn't working. Had to get maintenance to fix it. No staff to answer the phone or at front desk. Waited a half hour before someone even came on to check us in. "

"We arrived to find out they didn't have our room because there was no housekeeping done that day. They had an upgrade available, but would need to charge us more for it. Desperate, we paid the extra. When we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned either from the previous guest. We had to request new bedsheets and towels, and clean the room ourselves. What the ......!!!!"

"This was a good overnight stay. Room was clean, water was hot, present staff, felt safe, free breakfast which was pretty good. "

"Found a pink pill on the bottom of the coffee holder. I have 3 children under the age of 5 that could have found it. Other than that the staff were courteous and welcoming which is always a plus to me. Double check rooms though after cleaning."

"The room was clean. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. The cookies were a nice touch. The beds were not comfortable. I felt like I was at an angle and the mattress felt like it was on a board. We were there 4 nights and only had our trash taken and fresh towels once. I had to call multiple times to get towels and trash out. Our beds were never made. The restaurant/bar was closed most of our stay and when it was open, they did not have a cook and limited stock of beverages. Definitely...

"The room was completely disgusting, it was very unpleasant and unsanitary, electric outlets did not work safely and almost melted my charge block. The tub was unsafe and nasty. The building itself had a lot of sketchy people and the whole floor smelt like drugs. It is not a safe environment for families. It was a major waste of time and money. "

"The room was cold, the door didnt close tight. The key card never worked even after a twn day stay. The gaurd, hasaan was extremely unprofessional. He asked for proof of stay and when produced he still was very unprofessional. Overall, wont be staying there again. "
