"Our main issue when we pulled out the sofa bed was that the sheets clearly had not been changed. There were pieces of food wrappers and grass and pencil lead all over the sheets. The front desk clerk did immediately give us new sheets."

The carpet felt wet and all the linens were damp and smelled of mold. There were crickets chirping behind the beds, ticks crawling underneath the gaps in the door, water and electrical pipes all exposed on the ceiling. "The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet. The outdoor pool area even has grills. The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating, cheerful, neat, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary pomegranate tea :)!! Thank you for a comforting stay!"
