Spa, didn't use, exercise room not available. Linda, in the store was very nice, as were the dining room folks. The underground parking was very tight. Parking in the city was a challenge.

Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
Checked in without an issue. Had problems with cleanliness in the room we were offered. Called the front desk and were bumped up to a nicer room right away. Clean neat room + balcony to the woods. Housekeeping was very good + friendly. Front Desk very helpful. Young kids loved the pool! Gift shop handy + well stocked. Very pleasant weekend.
