Room was clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Onsite food was also really good.

One King West Hotel & Residence
There were hard boiled eggs and a whole roast chicken in the mini fridge, gross. You could see a buildup of dust on the lamp shades. And there was a $250 incidental charge that you don’t get back until 5-10 business days later, wth?
