"Clean room, good car park - would stay again. Only criticism was that the superior room I was upgraded to had 2 beds stuck together, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on."

"I would like My room clean and tidy when I return from where I’m going out to Norwich, I would like my room tidy when I get back and the bathroom clean and I believe that The Hotel needs a reverb and new carpets and new bathroom suites apart from that the staff are amazing. I couldn’t fault him at all the food was fantastic and the staff are very friendly."

"The only reason that I can't give the Bull Inn 5 stars is due to the really strange lay-out whereby the shower is totally open to the room. Obviously, if you share a room with someone, you're going to know each other very well, but having some privacy when you shower would be a good thing."

Well positioned for visiting Bury St Edmunds & surrounding area. Lovely village pub which was popular with locals. Staff friendly & food good."
